Bought a Micromax Canvas 2.2 A114 in Feb 2014, In The month of July, the phone started hanging and giving a lot of other issues. Took the phone to the service station. The service center suggested software updation and did so.. the phone was ok for 3 days.. post which the problems started reoccurring.
Took the phone to a service station again in Aug. The service center suggested that the mother board had to be changed. Got my phone back in Sep… In exactly less than 3 week the same issues resurfaced.
Took the phone back to the service center… they said that the mother board needs to be changed yet AGAIN.
Nov first week I got a msg that my phone is at the service station and fixed. I went to the service station to find out that the phone had not reached the service station yet. went back to the service station after 2 week, my phone had arrived but did not start (did not switch on).. it was not fixed.
I need help. I am frustrated and dissatisfied with the way I have been treated and the product quality provided. I have a mail trail that I can provide. tried attaching the same several times but the complain refused to submit. Will provide the mail trail as and when required.
