I bought the handset Micromax Canvas HD (A116) from Kalyani Nagar, Pune on 04/06/2013 & it is under warranty. There was some problem in the handset & it was not operational so it was given to Micromax Service Center @ Shivaji Nagar, Pune on 23rd September. At the time of giving it at the Service Center, the service person told very next day you can collect the handset.

I couldn’t agree but gave handset to service engineer @ Micromax Service Center.

After which we are continuously calling them to get the status of my Handset but no proper information was coming. Some times they say there is no electricity, some time service engineer is not there, system is not working, office is shifting. We waited for 15-20 days to get bored of all these excuses. Then visited their Service Center also but all in vein. Finally I visited their Service Center on 9th Nov’13 (because I have been transferred to Hyderabad & can’t follow up with them on regular basis nor could visit) & when I told him that I can’t come & visit on regular basis to your Center their Service incharge told me that he will call me personally on 16th Nov to update the status of my handset. But thing happened the same way I was thinking. No one called me.

I lose my temper & called Service Center to talk to Service incharge to understand where is the handset & what time it will take. He repeated the same answer. I don’t know we’ll confirm whenever it will come. When I argued with him that no response is coming from their side for the last 50 days & nor they are calling me to update the status. Am I fool calling them continuously. Is it not their responsibility to update the status to their customer. Mr started abusing using Bh**ch** ab tu mujhse handset le ke dikha. Ab tu company mein call kar or kahin pe bhi ja, tera handset nahin milega.

Is this the way a professional company works or talk to their customers.

Then I told the service incharge that I am recording your conversation, then immediately he calmed down & told if your handset hasn’t come from company I can’t give you.

My question is… Have I done some mistake buying Micromax Handset? Is it not the punishment to Micromax customers to work without mobile handset for more than 50 days. What about the problem I suffered in the last 50 days?

I am completely fed up & then writing you to please help me in this regard. Because I don’t want to talk to these persons anymore.

Also I suggest to get Compensation on the same.
