My micromax X412 went dead within month from purchase. It had come with 100 days replacement warranty with 72 hr replacement promise. I submitted my phone IMEI: 911564156428362 on October 7, 2017. As of today October 24, 2017, no callback. I call service center everyday, they say the phone has not come. I call custmorecare, I was told your phone is being repaired and wait for 5 more days for updates. Why my phone is being repaired? It is under replacement warranty. Micromax need to provide me new phone. Micromax’s indifference towards customer like me is exasperating.
