I submitted my Micromax A91 mobile to Micromax Service Centre in Martahalli Bangalore, cause my phone sensor was not working. They accepted it and told me to wait for 15 days. But in mid of this they told me that we have sent your phone to head office for replacement and now you will get a new phone. But finally it took around 3 months to get a call from them and they called me on about 26 oct 2014. I went there for collecting my phone and they provided me a used phone (not mine nor a new one as promised). As i have had already lost 3 months with them so i accepted it due to lack of time. But at the next day i again founded same problem with even this handset. So next day i went there and asked them to repair it and they repaired it again. But again the next day i got same problem with the phone as sensor was not working yet again , so i called them and they talked to me rudely and refused to repair it. So as a result i have lost my original handset containing my data and contacts as well as three months of precious warranty time. And now i am feeling depressed cause going at service centre and calling them for continuous three months have resulted for me as a physical, mental harassment as well as economical lost. Please look in this matter and please help me. Thanks in advance !!!
