I purchased a Smart Phone Model No Lenevo K6 POWER on 29/07/2017 from SAITRONICS, 58/3, New G T Road, Uttarpara, Hooghly, But from the very beginning there was a microphone problem and that was detected on the 3rd day of purchase. I went to the retailer & requested him either to rectify the problem or to please exchange the phone with a new one on the 4th day from purchase, but they refused and advised me to contact at the service centre of the company. Thereafter, I mailed to the company Lenovo. They detected the problem and advised me to go through some steps, I did every thing but there was no positive result. Then I again wrote to them either to send their mechanic to my office or to replace the phone with a new one. But they refused to exchange the phone and instructing me to go to their service centre. Expecting your kind decision for the consumer.
