I have purchase NOKIA LUMIA 730 on 17/june/2015 and on second day itself it showed many issues like camera hand, wifi, bluetooth connection issue, call drops, network failuer, phone freez .so i went to Reliance Digital shop from wer i purchase phone on 3rd day but they told me to go in service center. wen i went to center the person saw all problems n did only software update .but still problem continues. i had also replace my sim in next 2 days but problem still continues. then again i went to shop. but then they told to go to service centr. i went to service center but insted of giving me DOA fr replacement they kept my phone under process. RIL shop suggested me to keep mobile under process and we wil look into matter and provide u replacement within 7 days. and service center have given me deadline of 17/july/2015 which is 20+ days…now forget abt 7 days ,the deadline given by service center is going to get over still they say my phone is in main center under process. and RIL shop says we are trying. i am visiting RIL shop nearly 7 to 8 times in my busy shedule. i also dont have any phone now as standby mob given by service center itself gets drained in 1 hourand hangs several times . this phone and service by RIL have reayyl made me cry.
