I had purchased Milcent flour mill from Milcent house, janta chowkdi, virtual udhyog Nagar on 6 July 2016.
I am lodging this complaint as I am dissatisfied with the performance of the flour mill. The service part is also lacking. One or the other part of the flour mill breakdown & we have to get it replaced as no repairs is done.
We are 2 persons in the family & are careful users. I operate the flour mill according to the instructions mentioned. Till now I have hardly used it for 7 to 8 times since purchased.

On complaining for the first time, on 4/8/17 the technician replaced the device & charged Rs 300/-. They had even charged Rs 500/- as visiting fee but was not taken from us. After the replacement of the part I had not operated the flour mill untill 20 the August’17. On 20th August the flour mill did not start. I placed the complaint again. The first thing they asked was the visiting fee of Rs 300/-.
The technician came on the 3rd day. On checking he informed that the circuit was not working. I asked for a repair & install to which he denied. He replaced the circuit & charged Rs 1750/- which I denied paying. They have given me a defective piece as in a month 2 breakdown has happened.
The technician has also threatened that I will be black listed on the company profile & that no complaint will be entertained in future.
I therefore would no more want to use Milcent flour mill. I also want a replacement/refund for the same
