Mis-selling by Flipkart vendor

I ordered a network mobile signal booster………in the description it was written that it works wirelessly and that the product does not require an installation however after recieving the product they are saying i will have to buy a 13000 kit now and it will only work if i buy it……the customer exuctives yxxxh sxxn…..he asks me to buy the 13000 kit and said that they cant offer me a refund at all…..the seller says the product wont work without whole kit………..the whole description under which i bought the product is wrong………i have literally wasted my huge amount of money for a box that is of no use to me.
