I am writing this letter as I was very much upset with the service which I got in State Bank of India – Borivali (West) Branch Head Office today.
Today I visited my home branch at 9.45 am, because my ECS got return which arrives on every 1st of Month from Cash Credit Account.
So I enquired at Counters after waiting for 1 hour as there was no one to satisfy my queries, At end they told me to visit Borivali branch to submit my stock reports.
As directed by them, I travel across to Borivali head office to do so, but I was really shocked with the behaviour. They wasted my 3 hours as they were not attending me both were reacting as I am Other bank customer & wrongly asked them regarding helping me to file Stock reports. At last i decided to meet bank manager.
Manager was very kind & helpful, when he understood my problem & asks the staff they started arguing with manager in front of me, which was very unprofessional & very annoying.
Really speaking till today I was having very much faith & true believe in name “State Bank of India”, but because of this type of people’s behaviours you are losing your brand value.
Kindly take some action, so this type of things are not repeated in future. Also on other hand I am filling case on them as they wasted my time & they don’t have manner how to talk with customer. I don’t want to continue with SBI.
