Misguidance and wrong information by Vodafone

On 17 Nov 2015 i raise a request from my number to port out from vodafone becuase i am sick its low internet speed and other services and after my port out request i got a call from Vodafone care Ms Sxxxxa Sxxxxxxxv and she told me not to port out number from vodafone as we are give you best offer 10 paisa per mintue vodafone to vodafone on local network and i agreed to the plan and recharge my number again she told offer activate in 2 hrs but still now on 19 nov 2015 offer did not activate. i call many times to customer care but they didnt give the right information and misguide again i am sick now bec now i charging 2 paisa per second vodafone to vodafone . please reslove my complain ASAP.my number is – 9953301620
