I was informed by some airtel official who called on my number 9xxxxxxxx0 on 11.01.2017 at around 11:19 am that if you change your old airtel postpaid plan to 549 unlimited plan you will get a 3G data pack of 6GB each moth for one year and the said airtel official activated the 549 plan on my airtel no. at that very time. But unfortunately I could only get 3GB data instead of 6GB.
Later i raised a complaint with airtel with reference no. PO011400085 and wrote many times to 121@in.airtel.com but all in vain they could not respond me to my satisfaction.
Today on 15.01 2017 at 7:57 pm some airtel executive namely Bxxxxr called on my no. and said that I am not eligible for the benifits communicated by the airtel official and I was given wrong information by Airtel official regarding the data pack and now we cant even activate your old plan.
This behaviour of airtel is disgusting they are forcing me to take new plan even when I am not getting the benifits communicated to me by airtel.
Airtel should either provide me all the benifits as were communicated to me by their official who called me changed my plan or they should activate my old plan without any charges.

  1. The issue has been resolved now.
    I thank the entire Airtel team involved in resolving the issue.

    I have been given some benifits though not the ones communicated by airtel earlier.
