I had bought two mobile phones from snapdeal.com dated 06.02.2016 both having mobile phone Brand and model : Panasonic Eluga Turbo.(Product specifications: Dual sim + expandable Memory) . I received the products on 08.02.2016. when i opened one product i found that either dual sim or expandable memory could be used. i felt like cheated. i made a call to snapdeal customer care and told them the same. the customer care executive found that the thing i was saying was absolutely right. he also also checked the page and told me to give screen shot of features. i gave him screenshots and asked him is that enough. he answered yes. and my complaint was lodged with reference id. 19150427 & 19148808.

in the meanwhile i asked customer care executive that why screenshots are necessary as its all visible on page, then he answered that are for your safety as they can change the page descriptions anytime. this was said by their own executive. and very next day i got a call from another executive he asked me why i wants to return this product. then i told him same thing. but he told me its updated on page. i was shocked to see that very below of page it was now written there with a # tag as if its statutory warning. they did not modified the upper details as screenshot were taken. i told them that it was not there before and also their executive checked it too. they can listen the recording. on hearing this they asked that they need another 24-48 Hrs. for same. and today morning i got a call from them that they would not take back the product. i said i’ll take this matter to consumer forum but they said its upto me but they won’t do anything. its my humble request to take necessary action again this website and asked them the whole recording of my conversation to check validity of my complaint. also i should be given proper compensation for the harassment & mental stress i am feeling in today’s busy life.(single Product bill is attached with as not able to upload 2 files)
