Complaint against Syberplace – Rs.7,999/-: Mrs. Sugi Jose of Rt nagar, Bangalore, Karnataka had placed an order with Syberplace on 07-03-2016 for a smartphone. However, she neither got the phone nor refund and there was no communication from Syberplace. Mrs. Jose posted her complaint with ICF on 24-03-2016 and the matter was taken up Syberplace. Refund from Paytm – Rs. 5,828/- : Mr. Mangesh Sable of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra ordered a Fly F50Q (Blk+Slv) (Black) on 28/04/14. But the supplier (edge infotel) had sent 18 month old imported Fly 50S. Mr. Sable returned the phone with Paytm reverse courier. But he did not receive any replacement or refund.
