I would like to bring into notice the so-called trust-worthy service of Snapdeal. On 13th Oct, 2016, placed an orders for 4 chairs (chesterfied High back Office chair Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer x2). paid the amount for both the items of amount around 10K INR (Order No: 15916450872). First, the promised delivery date was on on between 1st to 3rd Nov, 2016 and later when checked the order status on 1st Nov, seen the delivery date was changed to 10th -14th Nov without any prior notice to the customer. There was no intimation / change in delivery information or email notice. Later on, when we called up the customer care, they promised that the courier will be dispatched on 6th Nov, and dispatched info will be messaged/email on 6th Nov. Today, is 6th Nov, 2016, when I checked the order status on Snapdeal, now it is showing as 30th Nov – 2nd Dec, 2016 and guess what, no any notice to the customer or they dont even bother about customer service and time. I want to file a legal complaint against this shitty service of Snapdeal and just want to drag them to court. Please help!! Attached is the snapshot of order details.
