I have taken SBI Platinum Credit Card after seeing attractive offers of welcome e-gift Rs 3000.

I would like to raise complain against SBI Credit Card that they have not informed about one time uses of e-welcome gift Rs 3000/- (INR) and same amount has been charged as credit card annual fee. SBI Credit card agent and customer care not informed me that you can only use full amount at once and PIN provided as e-voucher can not be used by customer remaining amount. Because not aware of the process,

I have utilized Rs 1338/- on 27th May 2016 for order no – 160526482823701 Jobong.com through welcome e-gift PIN and tried to use same PIN for remaining amount Rs 1632/- and it is not allowing to use 2nd time. This restriction has not been conveyed to me through SMS/EMAIL/IVR and at the time of PIN provided by SBI Card Customer Care.

My concern is this information is not mentioned on credit card website www.sbicard.com under terms & conditions. Once I had escalated and communication with customerservicehead[@]sbicard.com they are saying I could have see the term condition mentioned on Jabong.com website.

Kindly help me to get my remaining money from SBICARD .com. Why customer need to see the Jabong.com term & condition, why not SBICARD.COM not mentioned the same that THIS PIN can be use one time only.
