Misleading online recharge information from Aircel

On 1st September 2015 morning, I’ve recharged my aircel number (9xxxxxxxx3) through online Rs.199, and the tariff shown in online is (99 Talk Time, 1GB data, 99 SMS). Those tariff I got only I entered my mobile number and mail ID. And my transaction ID is TNR 15090206161600002. But they activated to me another plan, which ISD rate cutter to FRANCE. Then I called to the customer care (Complaint number 1-20657359477), they said, my number belongs to Tamilnadu, but the mentioned online tariff available for Chennai customers only. I asked why the same is not mentioned in online, they simply said sorry and closed my complaint without intimate to me. Again called and requested but the result is negative. And I don’t know the how to proceed further. Please help me!
