I was planning on switching to DishTV Network, so I made a call to the customer care and asked them to provide a plan which included all channels, both in HD and SD (All available channels in their network). And they provided some package which costed 5390. After approval and installation, i found that i was not subscribed to 75% of the SD channels.
I spoke to the representatives and they claim there is no fault from their side, and my complaint was closed against my will by Jxxxi Txxxxxi. I wish to get a refund.
