I Got installed Tikona WIFI broadband plan at my residence last month. Their offer was so attractive that one who uses internet whole day could not resist.

As per my plan they were to charge INR 850 per month with 8 MBPS speed and 35 GB data. Since the very first day of my connection the internet has hardly worked. I had to face so much losses due to this pathetic connection.

They have also taken 3 months advance from us for the connection. They are making fool of us as whenever we call them they say that they are sorry for the inconvenience caused and solve the problem shortly whereas till date neither they have given a solution nor the internet has worked.

I am unable to do my important official work making me face financial losses as well.We also had to take another connection from some other company due to this problem.

Tikona is just a fraud company which is just taking advance from customers and not providing good service.
