Misleading recharge information by Tata Sky executive

As on 29 december i recharged my account with 3290 rs as asked by the tata sky executive to activate dhamaal package. but they couldn’t activate somehow , and my account started deducting the balance on daily basis ..very next day i made a complaint to rectify the problem . they didn’t do anything but instead they started calling again and again to activate another packages for which they asked me to recharge another amount of 1500 rs and its been 2 months after 100 complaints now i asked for refund and discontinue my services , they have finally discontinued my services and with just 160 rs refund in my account.
