Misleading wrong recharge information by Aircel

I visited aircel kolkata website for latest offer for full time where I got information FTT 60+ 100rs extra talktime on Rs. 60 Recharge but after recharge 47.85 Balance on 08th July 2017. This has happend to me earlier also but this time I decided to have a complaint register against them. Please look into the matter.
