Missing parts from Shopclues order

I ordered battery bike in shop clues the product was delivered to me but the parts were missing so they asked to deliver back them so I returned the product and after quality check they are saying that the product is demaged so I am not eligible for refund, replacement or missing parts and they delivered the product back to me so what should I do with it .If they delivered properly there would have no issue so how can I get resolution for this.
