I have recharged my Aircel account of 393 rs but not received any benefits and refund from November 20th to till now i have raised complaint in mobikwik no: 3877436. I have talk with customer care of Aircel and they have sàid they didn’t receive recharge amount from mobikwik. They are not fixing my problem from 27 days please fix it.

    Till now no responce even after direct mail to aircelsocialmedia@aircel.co.in i have not resived any refund i has already been two months i request indian consumer forum to help on same
