Mobikwik recharge failed but amount debited from account

I recharged my airtel number through mobikwik on 14-11-16, the money deducted from my account but the recharge was not reflected on my phone balance. I contacted mobikwik through their website and they said that the issue will be resolve and gave me 2 day window. Its been 2 days and now they are not even replying also theres not response from their customer support, not picking up the phone, been calling for whole day! need this resolved asap as this is great inconvenience!
