My Yureka mobile was damaged and was in warranty period I called Yureka customer care to get my damaged mobile replaced with new mobile. I returned damaged mobile with battery, backpanel and headphone. After so many calls I got new mobile after paying INR 3000 but without battery, backpanel and headphone.

I called them again to return mobile accessories but they told me returning mobile accessories is not part of the our process and we will not return your accessories.

I have never heard such bad response from any company that Yureka gave me. From their response it is clear they are nothing but A BIG THIEF. Please resolve this issue ASAP.
