I have done online purchasing of micromax battery from snapdeal on 12 apr,2015 with a replacement warranty of 3 months. within 1 month only it got damaged and due to that my micromax phone ( model no – canvas 2 plus 110q) is also got damaged. when i called the customer care executive of snap deal he told me that i have to go to the micromax customer care for the replacement with the invoice of the product. then i have asked them to send the invoice on my mail id. For that they took complete 1 week and during this week i have called them thrice and every time they say that i’ll receive the invoice within 48 hours. today ( on 2june, 2015) received the invoice and along with the invoice i approached to the micromax customer care centre in jalandhar. and told the executive for replacement. the executive of micromax customer care refused to replace by saying that they don’t have any link with the snap deal and also she told me that the battery which i am carring for replacement is duplicate. their only i got to know that my phone is also got damaged due to that duplicate battery because the power supply is more of the battery.

Then again i called to the snap deal customer care executive and told him each and every thing which i had in micromax customer care then he replied that yes battery is duplicate and they will send the replacement. then i told him that my phone is also got damaged due to your duplicate product and also if the product is duplicate ow you are telling me then why you are sending me to micromax customer care from last 1 week. this i am continueously hearing from their executives. then he replied they can’t help me in this.

In total due to that damaged battery my phone got damaged.
they are doing fraud openly and no body are going to stop them.
customers purchase from online by having a faith that they will send the origial thing and that too without seing a product. Its a request that along with a battery they have to send a phone to me in replacement of my damaged phone.
