Actually i have purchased an insurance policy for my mobile( Samsung galaxy On Nxt) from Appsdaily on 18/11/2016. Now I got my mobile’s Display totally damaged so i filled insurance claim on appsdaily’s website and i got an claim intimation no and now it’s been more than 6 days from filing the complaint but there is no response from company and i have been dialing company’s customer care numbers as well as toll free no but all the numbers are either not reachable or switched off. Even i also E-mailed to the company but there is no reply as usual and i also visited to company’s Office at New delhi (Rajendra place ) but the Guard told me that the company has been closed down all the office from New delhi . so please Sir look into the case and i want Justice. please find the below mentioned document as legal notice to company.
