Mobile insurance claim rejected by One Assist

I would like to share you my experience of one assist company who are giving insurance for device. I have taken mi note 4 device from mi site and taken insurance plan if anything happening then i’ll be safe. Accidently device got liquid damge by my baby. Which mentined clearly. Then Claim no is 1970766 regected due to wilful Negligence. I would like to ask is it really good. People taking insurance to insure their asset. Not for such type of comments. Pls help to get my claim

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same.
