Mobile insurance claim rejected by Syska for flimsy reason

I purchased a Samsung phone from mobile world udaipur, they also did insurance of my cell phone, it was 17th November 2015 in morning 10:30 am when I was going towards market from mu home located in chitrkoot nagar, my scooter (Jupiter) slipped on road and I met with a accident. in this my cell phone which was in my right pocket of jeans got damaged.

I rushed to the shop from where I purchased the cell phone and told them that mu phone is damaged and now how to avail insurance facility, there they told me to make a call on customer care no of #SyskaGadgetsecure. I told them that my phone is damaged and I could not make call from it, on this the person on shop called the customer care from his no and I spoke to customers care executive and told them all incident which happened with me and registered the claim, after that I submitted all the required documents in company and followed all process. After few days company’s executive called me and told me that my claim got rejected because the claim registrant call was made by shop person not from my cell phone. I just did not understand that how could I make a call when my phone was damaged.
