Mobile lost in Ola Cab, no support from Ola

I lost my phone in ola and i was confirmed that driver only took the phone because after 15 min i called him back but he didnt recieve my call then i called ola customer care they provided only name and phone no i asked them to provide driver address but they refused. I went to police station they talked about some elost report but for that i need IMEI no but i dont have so OLA is not providing me address.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
