Mobile malfunctioning,servicing not done properly

I have bought a mobile phone online on 10th April 2015. It is still under warranty. But it suddenly starts malfunctioning. It switched off automatically and again switched on. The same procedure repeats for a number of time.I went to service center twice/thrice; they deposited my mobile for sometime and give it back to may assuring that same problem will not occur again.But still after 2-3 hours same problem arises again.
Everytime they ask me to come to center if I face the same issue again, which is almost 20 kms away from my residency. Due to this I am facing too much physical and mental trouble. I ask them for permanent solution then they said that it is beyond their scope.

I am asking them to replace my handset but they are denying that too instead they are asking to deposit my phone for 30/40 days .i ask to provide an alternate during this period but again negative response.
I am facing a lot of mental and physical problem due to this incidents.
Now I am looking forward to lodge a complaint in consumer forum against the company.

Please suggest me what and how could I proceed.
