For the last one month or so, we are unable to make calls or receive calls properly from our home. I registered a complaint and ref #: 65453919 got registered and closed as well stating “Updating: Reference No# 6543919 regarding 2G Connectivity: There is no site currently planned for the mentioned area. We have noted your feedback and shall update you on development in the near future, If you are not satisfied with the resolution, contact Appellate. The problem started happening just about a month back. So what has changed which is causing this problem and why should I keep on paying the bills?
