I have ordered online food through Foodpanda.in worth Rs821.56. We were Provided with a discount of Rs300 as an offer and the Total Paid amount was Rs521.56. The money was paid through Debit Card. The Order Was confirmed with Azad Hind Dhaba Sector V Salt Lake Kolkata. The Booking Time was 13:58 18th July 2015. The expected Time of Delivery was 60min from the time of order Confirmation. When the order was not delivered Post Timeline we called Foodpanda Customer Care at 0124-6149200. They were not responding to the Call. After long time one of the Representative received the call but hung up the call in the mid of the conversation. After that we tried many time to contact with them but either the no. was unreachable or said the line is busy. Now they not Picking the call and i want my money back. I have suffered whole day for there bad service and Customer representative’s negligence. I called the restaurant but they said that they don’t have any tie up with food panda. I want the total compensation for the harassment i went with. Please assist in resolving the same. The order No, was n7zu-q8cn. I mailed their Customer care but no response from them was received.
