I purchase ” hot 12v dc high torque metal geared 200rpm motors (2pcs)” of 710 rs, which i received on 30 april 2017 from ebay. But the motor i received is of speed less than 150 rpm. I claim against it first they reject it. But i claim again it will be accepted on 8th may 2017. They told to update information for dd, i updated on12th may. Then i called ebay they told dd is dispatched on 15th may but they unable to track. That dd never reach me. After that they told it gets return to them and they are dispatching new one. After that every time i called they excuses by telling they are dispatching dd its ready but till now they dont give me my amount.its more than 2 months.plzzzzz solve my issue,ebay not refunding my money.

Sir i make contact on this link, but ebay repeat same that we are forwarding your request, and said we are unable to track dd as tracking details are incorrect the same thing they said on 17th may. Everytime i called ebay they repeat this. I called more than 15 times.
Hello evryone dont waste your time here. Go to national consumer helpline. My issue got solved within 10 days. So go there otherwise you never got your money.
