Sir with due respect I would like to inform you that I had made an order on paytm and cancelled it. according to the policy my money has to be refunded in my account within 7 days. But till now it has not came at my account. i have cancelled it on 15 the Dec. and every time when I ask the customer executive they message me ask the bank. and in the bank they are telling the there is no money been credited to my account. Please check the matter and try to resolve as fast as you can. For this act of your kindness I shall ever be obliged to you.
