I had purchased a bed from quikr.com with an online payment of Rs.2500/- on October 5th, 2015. On Oct 9th I got to know from Customer care that the seller sold the bed to someone else. I have been trying to get a refund since then. I have called and emailed many times, but all in vain. They said they had initiated refund on Oct 12th and their policy says refund takes 7 to 10 working days for transfer. They had evn asked me screenshots of my bank account which I sent and still have not received my money. I had spoken to Mr.Sxxxxxm, Mxxxxxh and at least 10-15 more staff.
