I traveled through Uber on April 18th. I had to travel to a place which was out of the territory as per the driver and they do not provide service there. I agreed and driver asked me to pay some amount extra if I really want him to drop me there.

I agreed as I was in hurry. After reaching at the destination I paid 50 Rs more than the actual bill which was 250 (bill+50). Later when I checked into my bill details on Uber it was 155. So the driver charged me 95 Rs extra.

The most funny part is that when I complained about this, then some Hxxxxxxxu of Uber replied to me that I was charged 40 Rs extra because I rejected there cab before. I am very much disappointed with this because I did not do any cancellation from my side.

Half of the times your drivers them self request us and do not come. The most important thing is that the 40 Rs do not matter for me but the allegation matters which Uber has put on me.

A wrong way of hiding your own mistakes. I was fine if they would not have done anything against the driver but I can not accept they putting me into allegation.

I have decided to go to Customer Forum and drag them into the court with a legal notice.
