I have purchased Moto E 2nd Gen mobile from Flipkart online portal with Order no. OD302300689512333600 as on 12th March 2015. The mobile is not supporting some videos on some user freindly application(viz., Watsap). I have registered complaint against this non supporting feature but they denied to replace the product. Money back. Kindly help me out to resolve this issue. it was gift for one of my close relative, but because of this technical problem in mobile I felt ashamed of it.
