Moto G order not delivered by Amazon

I had ordered Moto g (4th generation) phone from (Seller Green Mobiles) on 2nd Oct 2016. The actual delivery date was 7th Oct 2016 but I have not yet received the product. I am reporting this issue on 13th night. I receive a message from amazon in the morning that your product will be delivered today and by the end of the day i receive another message that ‘product could not be delivered due to customer unavailability’. This has happened 2-3 times. I am available at the address mentioned and the phone number which i have mentioned is working fine. I am not receiving any calls from the courier. Still they say that the customer is unavailable. I suppose that nobody is having the product, amazon is just messaging me, Amazon people or the Green Mobile people are not having enough product to send and they have accepted the order. This is a cheating as they must not have accepted the order if they don’t have it. I have raised this concern with amazon support as well. But every time I call them they say your product will be delivered in 1 or 2 days. I want my product to be delivered as soon as possible as i am in need of a new mobile and i have already paid. And it was ordered on 3000 rs off (after/including cashback) so i cannot reorder that after cancellation.
