I purchased a MotoG3 on 18/10/2015, it stopped detecting the SIM on 18 December 2015. i submitted the phone at the service center on 29 December 2015 they gave me a written copy saying they have received the phone after many reminders they actually created a job sheet number WQT/MG/15/01700 on 12 jan 2016 after that i have not received any update about my phone. the call center is good for nothing no one is ready to listen to the complaint. when ever i call they say they have escalated my case and give me a ticket number 130120/019053. As per the job sheet the issue with my phone is network problem and my phone was hanging though i had different issue.

Hope to receive help from this forum this is the last option left , please assist .
