My Moto G3 phone was purchased on 08-09-2015. After purchase of 3 months, phone started making some unpleasant sounds while unlocking the phone.
The issue was reported to Motorola Service Centre (Mumbai) on 16th Dec 2015. The service centre people assured me that phone would be repaired and handed back withih 5 working days.This did not happen though. After 1 month, the customer service members from Mumbai raised their hand and asked to m take follow ups from the Chennai service team. When I called those guys, they the issue reached to them, when I called to their Customer service which stated my 1 month wait was futile.

From past 2 months they are saying 1 phone had 3 defected parts out of which they have 2 parts with them and from 1st day they are waiting for the 3rd crucial part i.e. MOTHER BOARD.I have asked them for a new phone or my money which I payed to refund but unhesitatingly those guys said these two things do not cover in there terms and conditions, the only thing which they have is to let the customer to wait till the spare part is delivered as the customer is in Warranty.

Now, I do not have patience to recieve the repaired phone hence want the company to refund the amount I paid for purchasing the phone Moto G3.
