I purchased moto g 1st gen mobile in July,2014 from flipkart. Due to display complaint I gave it for repair to motorola service center, Vijayawada. After some days, after taking back the mobile, I noticed that there is no switch of camera option in camera icon, which used to work fine earlier. I thought it might be a software bug and gave it to motorola service center, Hyderabad. They reported that there is no front camera at all. The executives were saying to back to Vijayawada, to enquire and not assuring that problem will be solved. Fixing a new camera costs less than going for Vijayawada. Besides I have lots of work to do and why do I need to roam if the mistake is from their side. Please provide me solution in Hyderabad service center itself and take action against them.
