Motorola’s frustrating service

I had ordered Moto g 2nd gen on 5 September 2014. Since then it got dead many times, mobile was shown to service centre, every time they would do something and say there won’t be any problem, but never accepted our replacement request. phone is still in the same condition and now warranty period is also about to finish. At least now I want my phone replaced. So pathetic experience was not expected from a multinational like Motorola.
