I have paid electricity bill via Paytm on 18th April (Order ID-1678904442) amount Rs.2208/-and it was showing successful. But today on 27th April MPEB guys come to my place for electricity cut. And now trying to get this issue resolved throu email or call centre they are not reverting and giving proper soloution…Even they have not credited back my money into my account or even not intimate me…..Now I want to pay my MPEB bill with penalty by Paytm and my full money refund in my account with interest…They are making customer fool and getting interest for their money by doing such kind of activities…Please resolve this at the earliest.
