I activated an offer regarding reduced call rate of 35 paisa on payment of RS52, at 22:20hrs on date 10/10/2015 through 121 service. But an amount of rs52 deducted 3 times for the service. When i called to costumer care, the representative says its your fault as you clicked thrice for the service and the over charged amount could not be paid back, you should recharge from the dealer and they not lodge my complaint. it seems against digital india. please help to solve the issue.
