My SBI reward points not getting credited

Sir m not getting my points in my state bank rewards app even after making so much of call to them..writing mails to them…I have not got my full points..I have made so many online transaction after 30 Dec2018 I have not received a single point for that even though I am eligible and before 2018 also I have not received complete points just few of them I have received..I request you to please help me get my points..Why are they not giving us the points when we are supposed to get why are they fooling customer then if they are not giving them their points…I want all of my points in my state bank rewards app..I have filed a complaint before also but that didn’t do any thing..Now I want my points back in my rewards app

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same.
