Today I am just checking about the offers using USSD code *111*1#. Suddenly one thing appears about something called mydala with code 1. Just out of curiosity I pressed it and at once Rs. 36 deducted from my main balance even I could not understand what is the offer. Vodafone could not even bother to ask me whether I would like to take it or not. In every prompt based action it is expected to at least lelt the customer allow to know for what purpose he or she is paying? And at least ask for a confirmation that he is agreed to pay. You just press a button and they deduct. In my view, this is simply cheating to customers. I request to you take neccessarry steps to stop this and suggest me how could I refund my money.
