The product which I bought from Myntra.com, after trying it out at home, was found to be one size smaller than the size which I actually wear. I mailed Myntra.com asking for refund/exchange of the product with one size larger than the one I bought. They refused to refund/exchange the product saying that my pincode does not fall in their area of refund/exchange. But what I don’t understand is that they can deliver the goods/products at my pincode, but they cannot send the same delivery people to take the product for refund/exchange. This type of customer service is provided by Myntra.com?
