I’ve lodged a return request on 22nd Feb’18 in Myntra. The pickup was scheduled by 25th Feb’18. It’s been almost a week, till now no pick up attempt has been made. I’ve been calling Myntra’s customer care since 3-4 days now, but their executives are not helpful. They utter the same statement like robot and make false promises to arrange for the pickup and subsequent refund “at the earliest”.
But all I’ve received till now is a reference no.180226-023904 with no corresponding action to resolve this issue.
Even after continuous follow ups for almost a week if Myntra is unable to arrange for the pickup, I’ve no idea how long will they take to process the refund.
I demand a resolution of such unprofessional services by Myntra. Myntra CSR is requested to get in touch and resolve this issue ASAP. (Return ID: 212609063, against Order no. 1070511-7885817-6965001)
