Myntra not supporting return of products

I bought some product from myntra and didnt liked so i placed return.its been 10 days , no one came for pickup then i called myntra, they are asking me to courier my product but in their return policies, they have mentioned easy 30 day return.
Now, they are telling to courier it by myself and giving me some lame reason that for your particular pin code pickup is not available. What the hell, i have returned 100 times products.
now, i want some action against that.This is irritating. It is my headache to return the product because i have given money.
