I have my salaried account in Axis Bank, MG road branch Bangalore-560001. I have an issue with NEFT transaction which has not been resolved since 50 days. Please find the details below.

10th Oct 2015: I have deposited Rs 10500 to the beneficiary. I was able to transfer the amount using Axis Bank mobile app & was successful to do so in my second attempt as the transaction got failed during my first attempt

12th Oct 2015: Two times 10500 Rs total of 21000 Rs has been debited from my account. Also two times 10500 Rs has been credited to the beneficiary.

12th Oct 2015: Registered a complaint on this to the Axis Bank phone banking officer. Complaint No: 17835247

24th Oct 2015: Rs 10500 taken back from the beneficiary’s Account.

21st Nov 2015: I called Axis Bank customer care & registered one more complaint for further enquiry & delay in crediting the Rs 10500 . Complaint No: 18647446

I am calling the Axis Bank Customer care everyday. No one has bothered to fix this issue. It has been more than 50 days & my Rs 10500 has been stuck up with Axis Bank. They are not bothered about any complaints
